✺
The Quiet Cube is an immersive art installation designed by Bramble Lee Pryde to offer a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant atmosphere of maker markets.
-
✺
Inspired by the need for spaces where individuals can find calm, this installation welcomes both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals to step inside and experience a moment of peace.
-
✺
The concept for The Quiet Cube emerged from Pryde’s observations of how bustling environments can lead to sensory overload for many people, including herself. Having spent years in market spaces and recently being diagnosed with ADHD, she wanted to create a sanctuary where visitors could recharge.
-
✺
The cube's exterior plays with scale, capturing attention and drawing people in. In contrast, the interior is a soft, soothing haven crafted from tactile materials in a dopamine color palette, which is her signature in design and illustration.
-
✺
The Quiet Cube provides a quiet respite for anyone needing a break from the busy market. Visitors are invited to connect with curated playlists by scanning a QR code, enhancing their experience with personalized audio content. Pryde encourages everyone to bring their headphones or earbuds to fully immerse themselves in this auditory escape

Pryde invites all visitors to step inside The Quiet Cube, take a break from the hustle and bustle, and experience the calming effects of this serene sanctuary. By creating this space for relaxation and reflection, she hopes to foster a deeper appreciation for the value of taking time out for oneself in any environment.
